Building Stronger Teams Through Shared Experiences
This year’s Smartis teambuilding brought our teams together along the beautiful Kolpa river for a few days focused on connection, collaboration, and shared experiences outside the office environment.
At Smartis, we believe that strong teams are built not only through daily projects and professional challenges, but also through the relationships, trust, and collaboration developed outside of everyday work routines.
This year’s teambuilding gathered colleagues from Slovenia and Croatia in the beautiful surroundings of the Kolpa river, where we spent time strengthening connections, sharing experiences, and enjoying activities together in a relaxed and informal environment.
Teamwork Beyond the Office
One of the highlights of the event was kayaking along the Kolpa river, which offered the perfect opportunity to enjoy nature, spend quality time together, and create memorable moments as a team.
Alongside outdoor activities, we also experienced part of the local Bela Krajina tradition by learning how to prepare the traditional Belokranjska pogača, combining cultural experiences, great food, and team bonding in a unique setting.
The event once again showed how important open communication, mutual trust, and positive relationships are in creating a collaborative and supportive working environment.
