Smartis and OTP Banka Successfully Complete Implementation of Anti-Fraud Solution
Smartis is pleased to announce the successful completion of the implementation of the IBM Anti-Fraud SaaS solution into OTP’s electronic banking services.
This milestone represents an important step in strengthening OTP’s digital banking security, enhancing protection against online fraud, and improving the ability to detect and respond to suspicious user behavior across electronic banking channels.
The anti-fraud solution complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) directives.
By integrating Anti-Fraud solution into its digital banking environment, OTP has reinforced its fraud prevention capabilities with advanced risk-based detection, device intelligence, behavioral analytics, and continuous session monitoring. The solution supports a proactive approach to identifying high-risk activities while helping maintain a secure and seamless user experience for legitimate customers.
